“I contracted Shane back in the spring to sod my front yard. By no fault of Shane’s (a mix up at the sod farm) a mixture of Zoysia, Bermuda and Zorro was put down and had an excessive amount of weeds. Shane spent time and money trying to combat the weeds but couldn’t get them under control. The parts of the yard that weren’t mixed and infiltrated with weeds looked great but it was a losing battle with the weeds.
Shane told me in the summer that he would re-sod my whole yard for me in the fall at no expense and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The new yard looks great and the grass is great quality
